Postpartum doula services include a complimentary 30-minute consultation and one (2-hour) postpartum planning visit before the baby arrives. Consultations can be completed over the phone, via zoom, or in person at a neutral location. Postpartum planning visits are completed in the home, preferably with all family members present.

Settling In Package
(24 hours)

  • 6- four hour postpartum doula visits after baby arrives
  • 1- one hour postpartum planning visit before baby arrives

Babymoon Package
(48 hours)

The packages I offer are a great place to start. However, each family has unique needs so know that I am happy to discuss options with you to find the best schedule to fit your needs.

How Does it Work?

As your postpartum doula, I will nurture you and your family while you rest, recover and bond with your new baby or babies. I want to help you adjust to the many changes and new challenges you will encounter during the fourth trimester. It is my belief that when you have support, you will feel confident in your parenting and your growing family will flourish.
